Every cleaner in our community is fully vetted to ensure that they fit with our core values. Once onboarded, they complete a one-on-one training period where we set them up for success. Our goal for our cleaners is to build a consistent schedule of recurring clients.

1. Book
Book a home cleaning with us by requesting a quote or calling us directly. After booking, you'll be set up with your own Lime Maids profile where you can make any adjustments you need.
2. Match
Once your request comes through our system, we'll match you up with a Conscious Cleaner. Depending on the size of your job, we may even match you up with 2+ for your first cleaning.
3. Clean
On your booking date, a Conscious Cleaner will arrive. If you selected a recurring schedule, and you liked your match, we'll aim to assign you with the same cleaner every time.
4. Support
We’ll always be here to help guide your conscious journey. This includes consistent follow-up, collecting feedback for quality control, and making any adjustments you need along the way.
