How much will it cost?

Here at Lime Maids, we charge a flat rate price per number of bedrooms. Rather than charging per hour, charging a flat rate means that you know our cleaners work until the job is done. By having our cleaners clean to a checklist, you know exactly what is included in the price. Simple as that!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We do! Each of our cleaner bring supplies with them for each cleaning. If you need anything extra just let us know before we visit.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing! Just specify what you need in the booking page and we’ll get it done for you.

What is the difference between a standard, deep, and move in/out cleaning?

All of our cleaners work to a checklist that we guarantee to complete. They work through your home, ticking off the tasks as they complete them. That way you can be confident that all of the tasks have been completed to the highest Lime Maids standard. To view each set of tasks by cleaning type, check out our services page.

How long will my cleaning take?

No two bookings are the same, so unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that your cleaning will take a specific amount of time. However, it’s always good to prepare. You can expect your cleaning to take (on average) anywhere between 2-6 hours. Typically, the smaller your home, the shorter your cleaning will take.

How many cleaners should I expect?

Our staff is exclusively packed with veterans in the cleaning field (usually with over 20 years of experience!). This means we don’t need to send a massive crew to get the job done. Depending on the size of your home, we’ll either send one or two cleaning professionals over. On average, if your home exceeds three bedrooms, you should expect to see at least two cleaners.

BOOKING YOUR CLEANING

How do I book my first appointment?

All you have to do is fill out our secure booking form! Select the time and date that you want us to clean your home, pay, and you’re all set! It’s as simple as that and will only take you 60 seconds. Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email instantly.

What if I don’t want to book online?

No problem! We have a dedicated customer service team here at Lime Maids. Give us a call at (802) 827-0971. You can also email us at support@limemaids.com. Just leave your number and one of our team members will give you a ring as soon as possible!

Do I need to enter my card details to book?

Yes. We need to take payment information to book your appointment, but your card will not be charged until after your cleaning has been successfully completed. Guaranteed.

How do I make a change to/cancel my booking?

To cancel or adjust a booking, you can either do so through your Lime Maids user profile, or contact us at support@limemaids.com or (802)827-0971. Please give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking otherwise you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Pricing & Policies

How do I apply a coupon or gift card to my appointment?

It’s easy, all you need to do is include the code on the booking form when asked. After that, the discount will be removed from your booking instantly.

How do I pay?

We take your credit or debit card details at the time of booking, however we will only collect payment after your cleaning service has been performed. We accept all major credit cards (including American Express) and debit cards for payment.

When will my card be charged?

We will never charge your card before your clean. We will only take payment after your cleaning service has been performed. Guaranteed.

Is my card payment secure?

It sure is! Our payment technology is provided by Stripe. Their SSL encrypted, PCL compliant system is completely secure and trusted by companies worldwide. You can read more about them on stripe.com

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel your clean within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we have to charge you a cancellation fee of $50. If you re-book a clean with Lime Maids, then half of the cancellation fee will be applied towards your next service.

How does your referral program work?

It’s easy! Once you create your profile with us, you’ll instantly have access to your referral code. Send this code to as many people as you’d like. Whenever someone books using your code, they get $50 off their cleaning, and you get $50 in cleaning credit!

You sure can! We carefully vet all of our cleaners to make sure that they are the best your area has to offer.

What is your 200% money-back guarantee policy?

Simple. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, we will come back to your home and give you another free cleaning. If you are not satisfied with that cleaning, we’ll give you your money back. Pretty cool, right?
