Here are some things you should know before the day of your cleaning:
Please note that the time you booked for is within a four-hour arrival window. This means that we will arrive sometime within that time period, not at the start of it. If you have an exact time that you need us to come in, contact us and we will try our best to arrive as close to that time as possible.​

Before cleaning your home, our cleaner(s) may do a pre-cleaning inspection. The purpose of this is to ensure that your home was accurately priced and no extras were missed upon your booking. If there were extra charges which were not taken into account upon your booking (i.e. deep cleaning, pets, extra rooms, etc.), your cleaner will run the extra charges by you prior to cleaning your home.

Unfortunately, we are unable to perform post-construction cleanings at the moment. If you have home which you would like to have a post-construction cleanup done in, let us know and we will try to help you find someone who can get the job done!

Please note that refunds are not offered prior to a re-clean being accepted. A re-clean will only be completed within a 7 day window from your date of service, otherwise it will be considered denied. No refund will be offered if a re-clean is denied.

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.

A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization) in the amount of your total balance the evening prior to your scheduled cleaning service. If your service is cancelled for any reason, this hold will drop off within 2-5 days. This hold is not a charge. Charging is completed the day of your appointment and you will receive an invoice via email once this occurs.
